All orders placed before noon central time (Monday thru Friday - North Texas) are shipped out the same day and orders received after noon central time are shipped the next business day (Monday thru Friday). You will receive an email with a tracking number when your shipping label is created at the email address you provide. Orders are shipped thru UPS or USPS (depending on item). Except any orders that have a P.O. box for a shipping address they can only be shipped thru the USPS. We charge a flat rate on shipping plus some larger products will have an additional fee. All shipping charges are listed before your credit card is processed. Once order is paid for we do not add any additional charges of any kind. We are closed on major holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas). All orders with a product value of less than $100 may be shipped USPS, others will be shipped thru UPS. We can ship UPS 1 or 2 express shipping, email or call us for a quote.

UPS orders will show an approximate arrival date once the shipping label is made. Their estimates are normally reliable, bad weather or other conditions may delay shipping, UPS will post delays thru their tracking system at www.ups.com. Holidays and weekends are not counted on the in transit map. UPS next day or second day shipping is available for an additional charge (email us for quote). All UPS orders are insured against damage or loss, customer must contact us with problems within 7 days of expected arrival to report any problems. Photos are required for damaged items (pictures taken with a phone & emailed work well). After photos are received the damaged items will be replaced free of charge (including shipping charge).
We can ship to countries other than the US, but we will need to get a shipping quote for those orders. We will need your shipping address and which products you would like to purchase for a shipping quote. With that information we will be able to get pricing from the UPS, DHL and the US Post Office. After we get shipping costs we can email you an invoice for payment. Unfortunately all 3 shipping companies do not let us know how much brokerage or taxes are on the shipment, those are paid at the time of delivery if applicable to your address. Shipping quotes do not include brokerage fees or taxes.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus our shipping & credit card processing costs. Products must be in the same condition they were received in to be refunded. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). If the return is not an error then shipping costs are paid by the customer. This applies to all products except vinyl graphics, those are custom made according to the options you select and not reusable. Unfortunately vinyl graphics are not returnable or exchangeable in any way once shipped.
You should expect to receive your refund within a day or two of us receiving your return (your credit company may take up to an additional 1 to 5 days. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice and what you would like to do (exchange, store credit or refund), without this information we are not able to process the return. Any items that are not allowed to be returned per above paragraph will not be returned or refunded.

When you place an order with Screaming Chicken you are confirming that you've read all information provided on the product page and are agreeing with all terms and policies that are in place to protect us as a seller and you as a buyer.
If you are unsure of a part to begin with please contact us with questions before continuing with the order. Orders that have not been processed yet can be canceled. Orders that have shipped can not be re-directed while in transit, you must receive the items and send them back using any carrier you wish. On orders over $100 Paypal/credit card fees charged to us will be deducted from the refund (unfortunately even if cancellation is immediate we are still charged fees).
If you are located within California and try to purchase a Non-CARB approved item, the order will automatically be cancelled and refunded. We do not ship to California if the item is CARB Regulated. You can find more information, if the product is CARB Regulated, directly on the product page. By checking out on the website, you automatically assume you understand and comply with California Proposition 65.
