Debuting as 1970 model the 2nd gen Camaro/Firebird had many changes thru it's 12 year life span. In addition to the base model Camaro or Firebird, GM also offered a Z28 (1970-74 & 1977-81), Type LT, Berlinetta, Rally Sport, Trans Am, Formula and many special edition models. There were also many V6 and V8 egines, but no factory convertibles.
