Includes a pair of speakers for all 1980-81 Firebirds & Trans Ams, installs with no modifications reusing the factory speaker brackets. These Firebirds had a unique front speaker location compared to other 2nd gen Camaros & Firebirds, they are much easier to get to since they can be accessed by removing the speaker grill. These Pioneer TS-A879 3.5" 2-way speakers have surprising power-handling and solid construction. A carbon and mica-reinforced, injection-molded polypropylene woofer adds sturdiness to your sound while the polyetherimide tweeter steps helps frequency response. Pioneer includes inline high pass filters with high-quality capacitors to protect the speakers from any damage that lower frequencies can cause. Be sure to remove the mounting brackets from your current speakers before throwing them out.
