The UMI Performance P/N 2406 LS engine mount places the popular LS engine on the factory 1974-81 Camaro/Firebird crossmember in the stock Small Block Chevy location. UMI’s LS mounts place the LS engine in the factory location with the ability to move the engine rear-ward up to 1”. This strong, laser cut 3/16″ and 1/4″ thick mount accepts most engine-side mounts intended for 1998-2002 Camaro/Firebirds. 100% Made In USA. Clean, tight fit with 3/4″ fore and aft adjustment. Laser cut 3/16″ and 1/4″ USA steel, jig built for accuracy. Rubber/poly/solid mount compatibility - allows use of 4th-gen F-body factory rubber mounts, aftermarket poly replacement inserts or solid mounts. Durable gloss black powder coated finish
Will not fit 1970-73 Camaro/Firebird cross members.
Note: UMI’s LSx mounts were built around the LS1 oil pan and will also work with the Holley 302 pan. When using the LS1 oil pan or Holley 302 pan crossmember cutting was not needed. Other oil pans may require crossmember trimming for clearance. Factory A/C compressor will clear when frame is notched.
