Add a modern convenience to your 1970-81 Camaro or Firebird with our keyless entry & alarm kit. Uses a modern, state of the art Compustar CM2500 alarm system and then we eliminate all the unneeded wires and complexity for an easier alarm install. In addition to keyless entry the system includes an ignition disable relay, an impact/tilt sensor, multi-tone siren (can also do horn honk) with 2nd gen specific detailed installation instructions. You can also add door locks if your car currently does not have them, option includes actuators and 2nd gen specific Modo Innovations mounting brackets. If your car already has power door locks they will need to be in good working order for the system to work correctly. We include detailed instructions and wiring color codes. In addition to keyless entry this system also has illuminated entry (dome light comes on when you unlock the doors), starter interrupt, a dual stage shock sensor and has auxiliary outputs. Included is also a small & compact multi-tone siren that can be mounted in the engine compartment or inside the car (high pitched noise will make a thief want to leave in a hurry). Features can be disabled/modified in the programming or not hooked up. Includes two remotes, additional remotes can be added. System can be easily modified to suit your needs at time of install or later on.
