Description

Complete LED conversion kit for 1968 Camaros includes all the led bulbs and other parts you need to convert all exterior lighting to led. Includes Diode Dynamics HP5 bulbs for side markers, LED License plate light with HP5 bulb, install hardware for the headlights, pair of led flashers and options for the other lights. For headlights you can choose from United Pacific headlights with LED bulbs (requires slight modification for install), Holley Retrobright headlights or no headlights. Kits come standard with Diode Dynamics HP48 led bulbs or you can upgrade to Diode Dynamics HP11 or XP80 bulbs in the options (more information below). For the parking lights you can also select Diode Dynamics switchback bulbs, these unique bulbs light up white with the running lights and switch to amber when the turn signals are in use. All products are also available separately if you don't need a complete kit. Let us know if you have any questions. Price changes automatically as you change options.

For RS Camaro headlights - Detroit Speed and stock RS headlights will fit the United Pacific or Holley Headlights.
Unfortunately Retro-Electro & Luckmann Industries (sold thru Eckler's and some other retailers) kits will NOT fit United Pacific Headlights (Holley will fit). If your not sure what your car has, remove a headlight and take a picture. From that will can let you know if they will clear or not. Some RS motors are directly behind where the headlights go which causes problems. We have done several installs here at our shop, so we can tell if they will clear from pictures. scfbody90@gmail.com

Tail light options - RS includes an extra set of red bulbs compared to the Standard option (2 red bulbs in the housing and 1 white bulb below the bumper for reverse on RS).

Products includes: All exterior lights including headlights, front parking lights/turn signal bulbs, side marker bulbs, license plate light, tail light bulbs, led flashers and headlight install hardware.

We have 3 different bulb options for this kit:
Diode Dynamics HP48 - brighter with more leds contained in the bulb plus a cleaner output, instant on and less electrical draw. Includes Diode Dynamics HP3 bulbs for side markers.
Diode Dynamics HP11 - Brighter output compared to the HP48. These bulbs have side and forward facing leds in the bulb for brighter output and more coverage.
Includes brighter HP5 side marker bulbs.

Diode Dynamics XP80 - Brightest LED bulb available, big improvement over stock or other led bulbs. Similar design as the HP11 except with more leds per bulb for the brightest output of all the options. Includes brighter HP5 side marker bulbs.
All Diode Dynamics bulbs have a 3 year warranty, free replacement for a failure during that time.

Why are my turn signals too fast or don't work at all when I switch to LED bulbs?
LED bulbs have a lower resistance so older mechanical style flasher relays won't work with them. LED flashers are designed to function with LED bulbs solving turn signal problems like hyper(too fast) flashing or no flashing. The flashers we include use a ground wire and include a polarity reverser. Unlike cheaper no load flashers, these will still make a low clicking noise so you know your turn signals are on. Most cars will not need the polarity reverser. Works best to try the flasher with the ground wire first, then if your turn signals flash very slow or not at all use the polarity reverser. Mostly cars with aftermarket or modified fuse boxes will need the polarity reverser. Either way you will have everything you need without waiting on more parts.
