Alpine UTE-83BT Single DIN Radio

Add Bluetooth audio, hands-free calling, and expandable sound-system controls to your Camaro, Firebird, or Trans Am with the Alpine UTE-83BT Single-DIN Digital Media Receiver. Its shallow 4.25-inch chassis makes it especially useful in classic-car dashboards with limited mounting depth.

Built-in Bluetooth allows wireless music streaming and hands-free calling from a compatible smartphone. The included external microphone helps provide clearer conversations, while the included wireless remote allows convenient control from elsewhere in the vehicle.

The front USB port supports phone charging and music playback from compatible USB devices. A front 3.5mm AUX input provides another way to connect a portable music player or other audio source. The UTE-83BT works with compatible iPhone and Android devices and includes an AM/FM tuner with RBDS.

A high-contrast one-line LCD displays track and station information, while customizable RGB illumination allows the display and controls to better complement your Camaro or Firebird interior. Physical buttons and Alpine’s rotary volume knob provide straightforward operation without a touchscreen.

For upgraded audio systems, three pairs of 4-volt RCA preamp outputs provide a stronger signal for front, rear, and subwoofer amplifiers. Sound controls include a three-band parametric equalizer, high-pass and low-pass crossovers, Bass Engine SQ, and a 24-bit digital-to-analog converter. You can wirelessly stream and control the playback functions of your favorite internet radio service, including Spotify. Fits flush and allows you to use your existing bezel in most applications (See below for details).

 Install details:
1967-81: You will need to modify your dash to install this radio if a previous owner has not done that yet, this can be easier or more difficult depending on the car. Contact us (email or phone) and we can go over the modifications needed for your car.
1982-92: Easy install, just need a dash kit. Radio installs flush and you can use the factory bezel.
