1998-2002 Camaro/Firebird Detroit Speed Fast Ratio Power Rack and Pinion

Detroit Speed fast ratio power steering rack and pinion for 1998-2002 Camaro and Firebird (with FE2, FE4, and FE7 suspension packages). Features Detroit Speed Tuned valving for responsive modern performance on street or track. Quick 2-1/4 turn lock-to-lock ratio delivers improved steering feel compared to factory specs. Built with quality components and fully tested before shipping. Direct bolt-in installation with easy fitment on compatible suspension packages. 

Can be retrofit into 1993-1997 LT1 (gen II small block Chevy) and 1993-1999 V6 applications with the use of factory LS1 steering shaft (upgrade from standard OEM steering ratio 2.63 turns lock-to-lock). The pinion tower is angled to fits LS-powered vehicles.
