1982-92 Camaro/Firebird Memphis Audio PRX60C Component Rear Speakers

Includes a pair of Memphis Audio PRX60C component speakers that will fit the rear openings on 1982-92 Camaros & Firebirds. If you don't already have them, you will need the adapters in the options (convertibles will need modifications). The adapter allows you to use a component speaker system instead of a 6"x9". With a mounting depth of 2.44" these speakers with the adapter plates fit with no modifications on coupes. By using component style speakers, the tweeter won't protrude into the sail panel covers which is the problem with a lot of 6x9 speakers. They can take up to 50 watts RMS or 100 watts peak. Superior sound staging of component polypropylene dome tweeters, which handle detailed delivery of the high frequencies. A polypropylene woofer cone handles the low frequencies, and an external crossover optimizes each driver's performance. Frequency response: 72-20,000 Hz. These speakers work best with an amplifier.
