Modern LED front turn signal bulbs for 1970-81 Camaros and Firebirds, fits the stock housings. LED bulbs have less power draw and run cooler making life easier on your wiring. Camaros & Firebirds can use LED flashers instead of resistors on each light, swap flasher and led bulbs will operate like normal. We can add flashers to your order or you can use your own if they are the correct type. Email us if you have any questions. We have normal amber led bulbs or switchback led bulbs available. Switchback bulbs light up white with your running lights and switch to amber for turn signals.

Dapper Lighting Revive - Featuring side and forward facing leds, these bulbs are extremely energy efficient & have bright, consistent amber output. 5 year warranty
Dapper Lighting Switchback - Same design as the Revive bulbs except has a unique feature, lights up white with running lights and switches to amber for turn signals. 5 year warranty
Diode Dynamics HP11 - More leds per bulb compared to other bulbs. Side and forward facing leds in the bulb for brighter output and more coverage. 3 year warranty
Diode Dynamics Switchback Bulbs - These bulbs have a unique feature, they light up white when your running lights are on and then switch to amber with the turn signals. Similar brightness as the HP11 bulbs. 3 year warranty

Why do my turn signal indicators both light up when using LED turn signal bulbs?
The front side marker bulbs are part of the wiring circuit so they also need to be changed to led, but if you use a non-polarity type bulb you will also have the same problem. We use a Diode Dynamics SMD2 amber bulb for installs here, available in the options.
Why are my turn signals too fast or don't work at all when I switch to LED bulbs?
LED bulbs have a lower resistance so older mechanical style flasher relays won't work with them. There are actually 3 different types of LED flashers that can work on cars depending on what your car needs. The flasher we sell will work for all 3 types - no load flasher, no load with a ground wire or no load with polarity reverser & ground wire. Works best to try the no load with a ground wire first, then if your turn signals flash very slow or not at all use the polarity reverser. Mostly cars with Painless or American Auto Wire fuse boxes will need the polarity reverser. Either way you will have everything you need without waiting on more parts.
