1970-81 Camaro & 1970-79 Firebird JBL Stage3 Dash Speakers w/ Install Bracket

Includes a pair of JBL 4" speakers (model# Stage3 48F) installed on an aluminum mounting bracket made to fit the stock dash speaker location on all 1970-81 Camaros & 1970-79 Firebirds. Originally these cars came with one 4"x10" speaker, this bracket allows you to have stereo with modern speakers without modifying the speaker mount. These JBL speakers top mount making for a very compact speaker installation, less than 1.70" tall (including the bracket) which is shorter than the original speaker. Made from .160" thick aluminum the included bracket won't flex or move around like plastic (even after years of use). The satin black powder coat finish helps it be less visible thru the vents in the dash and continue to look good for years to come. Includes stainless hardware, ships ready to install.
 
The JBL Stage3 48F uses a Plus One™ woofer-cone design to provide more cone surface area than conventional speakers of a similar size. The laser-etched cone is reinforced with 10% glass fiber, while the PEI balanced-dome tweeter provides clear, evenly distributed high-frequency sound. With 50 watts RMS power handling, a 4-ohm impedance, and 89 dB sensitivity, these speakers can be powered by a compatible aftermarket radio or external amplifier. They are a practical upgrade for replacing worn, distorted, or missing original Camaro and Firebird dash speakers.
