1967-69 Camaro/Firebird Alpine S2-S40 Dash Speakers w/ Bracket

Includes a pair of Alpine S-series 4" speakers (model #S2-S40) installed on an aluminum mounting bracket made to fit the dash speaker location on all 1967-69 Camaros & Firebirds. The S2-S40 2-way speakers feature a 4" polypropylene/glass fiber/mica woofer cone with specialized rubber surround. A 3/4" cloth dome tweeter provides clear, precise high frequencies. Equipped with an integrated crossover, these speakers block low frequencies to enhance sound quality and extend lifespan. Alpine S-series speakers are Hi-Res Audio Certified, reproducing an ultra-wide frequency response up to 40kHz for highly detailed sound. They support up to 45 watts RMS (140 watts peak) and offer a frequency range of 100-40,000 Hz.  Made from .125" thick aluminum the included bracket won't flex or move around like plastic (even after years of use), the satin black powder coat finish helps it be less visible thru the vents in the dash and ensures good looks for years to come.
