Description
Includes a pair of Rockford Fosgate 4" speakers (model #R14X2) installed on an aluminum mounting bracket made to fit the dash speaker location on all 1970-81 Camaros & 1970-79 Firebirds. The speakers top mount making for a very compact speaker installation, less than 1.8" tall which is less than the original factory speaker. Made from .160" thick aluminum the included bracket won't flex or move around like plastic (even after years of use), the satin black powder coat finish helps it be less visible thru the vents in the dash. Includes stainless hardware, ships ready to install. Speakers can take up to 30 watts RMS or 60 watts peak. 4" polypropylene woofer cone with foam surround and .5" silk dome tweeters. Has a built in crossover to keep low frequencies out which helps the speakers sound better and last longer. frequency response: 60-20,000 Hz. Will not fit 1980-81 Firebirds.
