Description
Made from .160" thick aluminum this bracket allows you to install a pair of 4" speakers in the factory dash location on 1967-69 Camaros & Firebirds. Includes a top plate and mounting bracket with hardware to connect the two parts. The aluminum bracket won't flex or move around like plastic (even after years of use), the satin black powder coat finish helps it be less visible thru the vents in the dash. Speakers can be top or bottom mounted, can also be used to mount tweeters or 3.5" speakers with modifications.

Center Dash Speaker Bracket 72 Nova
I purchased this bracket to install in our 72 nova, figuring i would have to modify it to get it to work. No mods necessary, perfect fit. The only complaint I have is, the slot in the bent bracket for the two screws and wingnuts is smaller than the screw diameter, had to force them through.

I do not know why there is not more reviews on this. It's well built it fits well and worked way better then modifying a bracket from an old speaker. You can tell by holding it, it's going to last. The only negative thing I can say is it was around 11 bucks to ship, that's a little high.
