Description
Includes a pair of Rockford Fosgate R165-S compontent speakers that will fit the rear openings on 1982-92 Camaros & Firebirds. If you don't already have them, you will need the adapters in the options (convertibles will need different adapters). The adapter allows you to use a 6.5" compontent speaker system instead of a 6"x9". With a mounting depth of 2" these speakers with the adapter plates fit with no modifications on coupes. By using compontent style speakers the tweeter won't protrude into the sail panel covers which is the problem with a lot of 6x9 speakers. They can take up to 40 watts RMS or 80 watts peak. 6.5" mica-injected polypropylene woofer cone with foam surround with .5" Mylar balanced dome tweeters. frequency response: 60-20,000 Hz. Will fit not convertible rear speaker locations without modifications.
